PECAN OLD FASHIONED

 

INGREDIENTS

2 oz. of William Wolf™ Pecan Bourbon
2 teaspoons light brown sugar
2-3 drops pecan bitters
1 teaspoon water
½ ounce pecan liqueur
Garnish with 1 large ice cube, 1 strip orange peel, 1 candied pecan (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir the brown sugar, pecan bitters, water, and William Wolf™ Pecan Bourbon until dissolved. Add the pecan liqueur and stir again. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass with an orange peel, and garnish with a candied pecan.

WILLIAM WOLF SOUR

 

INGREDIENTS

¼ oz. of William Wolf™ Pecan Bourbon
1 Egg white
1 Dash of Peach bitters
1 Dash of Angostra bitters
¾ oz. of Fresh lemon juice
Garnish with a Thyme sprig

INSTRUCTIONS

Dry shake (no ice). When you see foam, throw ice in. Shake. Serve in a coupe glass. Take lemon zest and spray inside out.

BANANA MINT JULEP

 

INGREDIENTS

2 oz. of William Wolf™ Pecan Bourbon
1 oz. of Fresh banana purée
¾ oz. of Simple syrup
¾ oz. of Fresh lemon juice
Garnish with a handful of slapped mint

INSTRUCTIONS

Shaken. Pour over dirty ice.

LOWCOUNTRY LEMONADE

 

INGREDIENTS

2½ oz. of William Wolf™ Pecan Bourbon
2 oz. of Lemonade
½ Lemon
Garnish with a lemon wedge and mint sprig

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine William Wolf Pecan Bourbon and lemonade in a glass and squeeze in ½ lemon. Stir thoroughly and garnish with a lemon wedge and a fresh mint sprig.

WOLF PUNCH

 

INGREDIENTS

1 oz. of William Wolf™ Pecan Bourbon
1 oz. of Peach purée
1 oz. of Cranberry juice
1 oz. of Pineapple juice
1 oz. of Orange juice
1 oz. of Triple Sec
1 Dash of Vanilla extract
Garnish with raw pecans

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine Wolf, Triple Sec, peach purée, and cranberry, pineapple, and orange juices in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Pour into a rocks glass and top with a dash of vanilla extract. Garnish with a few raw pecans.
